How do I build a routine?

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — every formula is fragrance-free and dermatologist-tested. Patch test anything with an active, as with any skincare.
Can I use retinal and vitamin C together?
Yes, but not in the same routine: vitamin C in the morning, retinal at night. Alternate nights for the first month.
Is it pregnancy-safe?
Everything except the Overnight Retinal. Swap in the Niacinamide serum — it's the routine we recommend while pregnant or breastfeeding.
How do I recycle empties?
